Position: Sales Marketing Executive
We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Sales Marketing Executive to join our growing logistics team. You will be responsible for promoting and expanding our freight forwarding and customs clearance services, acquiring new clients, and building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

Female or Male, maximum 30 years old

Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or EMKL

Familiar with Incoterms, export-import processes, and customs clearance

Has an existing client network (a plus)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written) is preferred

Able to work under pressure, independently or as a team

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible

Good business sense and selling skills

Not suitable for candidates with only retail, insurance, or unrelated sales backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new B2B clients for freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, Trucking)

Promote export-import solutions (FCL, LCL, customs clearance, warehousing)

Maintain and grow client relationships to ensure repeat business

Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients

Understand client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions

Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth service delivery

Monitor shipment progress and update clients accordingly

Achieve monthly sales targets and submit performance reports

Stay updated on international trade trends, shipping routes, and market rates

Attend client meetings and networking events to expand market reach
