Job description

As a Freelance Sponsorship, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships with potential sponsors and media partners to support the execution of Aksoro’s business education workshop. This role requires high initiative, strong communication skills, and an understanding of the business and media ecosystem relevant to the event theme.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to potential sponsors (brands, companies, SMEs, etc.).
2. Create sponsorship proposals and conduct presentations if needed.
3. Develop attractive sponsorship & media partner packages tailored to partner needs.
4. Maintain communication with sponsors/media partners through the event.
5. Support negotiations and ensure that all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled.
6. Create a post-event sponsorship report.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 project experience in sponsorship, partnership, or similar roles (experience from student organizations or campus events is considered).
2. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
3. Capable of creating professional and engaging proposals and presentations.
4. Has a broad network, especially in business, startup, SME communities, and digital media (a plus).
5. Able to work independently and meet partnership targets.
6. Familiar with online communication tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Zoom).
7. Based in or near Jakarta (event will be held physically in Jakarta), although the work is remote/WFA.
