Job summary

Giesecke Devrient Gmbh is seeking a Control and Automation Engineer on a freelance basis for a 2-month assignment in Indonesia. The role focuses on industrial automation, PLC programming, drive technology, and process optimization across automated production environments.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT, plus strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Profinet/EtherCAT. Fluent in Chinese is required.

Qualifications

Experience with industrial automation and machine control systems.
Proven skills in PLC programming and drive technology.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and fault finding.

Responsibilities

Analyze current issues from automation technique and develop solutions with suppliers.
Analyze current process and throughput issues to improve solutions.
Three years of experience in managing integrating automation projects.
