We are a leading hospitality company with a portfolio of upscale restaurants and hotels across Indonesia. We are seeking a bilingual Hospitality Specialist with expertise in restaurant training to join our team and help our clients maintain high standards of service excellence.

Job Overview:

As a Hospitality Staff Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our clients, ensuring their teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. You will work closely with restaurant managers and staff to identify areas for improvement, deliver training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement training programs for restaurant teams, including front-of-house staff, kitchen staff, and management.
  • Conduct training sessions in both English and Indonesian, ensuring all staff members understand the content and can apply it in their work.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality Education to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into training programs where appropriate.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of service at client restaurants, providing feedback to managers and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, English, or a related field.
  • 1 Year Experience in developing and delivering successful training programs (hospitality-specific experience preferred) or at least 3-4 years of experience as a hospitality worker.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to staff at all experience levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff and managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, kitchen procedures, and health and safety regulations, is a plus.
  • Availability to travel to client restaurants across Bali.
