Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable investigator to join our fraud team in Denpasar. You will support fraud investigations, conduct witness interviews, gather evidence such as CCTV footage and system logs, and prepare detailed investigation reports.

The role requires strong integrity, objective interviewing, and the ability to manage sensitive information under pressure. Travel across cities will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in investigation, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or similar fields.
• Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with control charts and logistics systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct investigative interviews professionally and objectively.
• Proficient in preparing chronological case reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support in fraud investigations (handle case escalations from other teams).
• Conduct interviews with witnesses and related parties.
• Gather evidence (CCTV footage, system logs, interviews, etc.) and compile investigation reports.
• Layout assessments.
• Identify fraud modus operandi (MO).
