Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Identify risks and patterns of fraud within different checkpoints of our product
  2. Monitor user activities on a daily basis, identify unusual/anomalous behavior, and take immediate action when necessary
  3. Conduct end-to-end fraud review and investigation as well as take immediate actions based on alerts, customer complaints, and other fraud reports, and–if needed–perform field investigation in a timely manner
  4. Escalate a case in a timely manner when required
  5. Document findings from investigations, analyze the case, and recommend action items and feasible improvements to minimize fraud from happening in the future
  6. Interact with issuing institutions and customers to validate the information, to confirm or cancel authorizations, and manage disputes
  7. Maintain various range of Fraud Blacklists
  8. Understand Traveloka products and business processes in-depth
  9. Compile and present report to the team on the fraud findings
  10. Build a network of fraud knowledge and know-how
  11. Be the ears on the ground on the new and upcoming fraud trend
  12. Provide input/ insights on fraudulent method/ behavior to be used to develop preventive and curative actions.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Anti fraud, Fraud Ops, Fraud Investigations, or similar role, preferably in cards
  2. Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented
  3. Investigative and problem solving skills, supported by good interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain flexibility in a fast paced environment
  5. Excellent both verbally and written English
