Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Fraud Investigator to join our Jakarta team. You will conduct investigations based on triggers from the Anti Fraud strategy and review field results. Analyze cases, identify loopholes, and provide recommendations to prevent future fraud.

You will also help prevent losses by applying fraud prevention tools and escalate findings as needed. A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required, with strong communication and investigative

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, any disciplines, but prefer from Economy/ Criminology.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in the field of communicating and digging information, and a plus in finance industry.
• Good communication skills, critical thinking, detail oriented and investigative.
• Comfortable with high demand, fast paced and dynamic environment.

• Conduct investigation based on triggers defined by Anti Fraud strategy.
