• Monitor and track ShopeePay fraud and scam rates.
• Collaborate with Fraud Operations to develop fraud/scam prevention workflows.
• Support ad-hoc projects and analyses related to fraud, scams, and money laundering.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Fraud Analytics, Strategy & Planning, Business Analysis, Marketing Analysis, or similar roles, preferably in the Payments Industry.
• Experience in developing strategies to maintain user quality and reduce fraud.
• Experience in designing anti-fraud prevention plans for new initiatives.
• Monitoring and tracking fraud and scam rates effectively.
• Collaboration with Fraud Operations teams to develop prevention workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
