Job description

Responsibilities

• Identify customer's needs and demonstrate extensive knowledge of BON Parfumeur products to effectively assist customers throughout their beauty care journey and share compelling brand stories.
• Meet sales target and contribute to sales performance by effectively implementing cross-selling strategies across all product categories, as directed by the line manager.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the boutique by ensuring attractive product displays, cleanliness, and overall boutique upkeep.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve store target or on additional tasks assigned by superiors.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and fragrance trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain high level of personal grooming and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of beauty retail experience.
