Job Description - FQC Supervisor (009BHL)

Supervise the activity of quality control for both medium and low voltage assembly of final products to ensure effectiveness.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising the daily activities of FQC personnel.
2. Developing the skills of FQC personnel.
3. Ensuring FQC personnel understand their work responsibilities.
4. Coordinating FQC testing and inspection to meet target deadlines.
5. Maintaining good traceability of Quality Records.
6. Ensuring equipment products comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements.
7. Ensuring activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and experience in testing electrical components and panels.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work in EJIP Plot 4B1-B2, Cikarang Selatan.
