Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise the activity of quality control for both medium and low voltage assembly of final products to ensure effectiveness.
2. Supervise daily activities of FQC personnel.
3. Develop the skills of FQC personnel.
4. Ensure FQC personnel understand their work responsibilities.
5. Coordinate FQC testing and inspection to meet target dates.
6. Ensure good traceability of Quality Records.
7. Ensure equipment products comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and experience in testing electrical components and electrical panels.
• Good leadership and collaboration skills.
