Job summary

Impactiva is seeking a senior HSE professional in Indonesia to lead offshore safety programs for FPU/FPU/FLNG projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least 10 years in HSE within offshore oil and gas, with topside project experience.

You will develop and maintain HSE management systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), conduct audits and inspections, and oversee SIMOPS activities to keep operations safe and compliant with company policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in HSE roles within the offshore oil and gas industry
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001
• Experience with HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance on FPU/FPU/FLNG sites
• Manage SIMOPS procedures and simultaneous operations safely
• Experience with HSE planning, assurance, and managing safety operations
• Experience with HSE management systems to ensure compliance with policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
