• 8–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Senior-level, hands-on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Ability to consolidate data across multiple units and present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, budgeting, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and ROI.
• Consolidate financial data from manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels.
• Prepare MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for leadership.
