About The Role

We are seeking a FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Finance Manager for our On-Demand Services (ODS) vertical. In this role, your responsibility is to support the various management reporting processes (including but not limited to, Weekly/Monthly reviews, budgeting and rolling forecasts, various budget vs actual reviews). You will be challenged to provide a clear overview and analysis of various aspects of the ODS P&L including special projects.

What Will You Do

• Reporting: Responsible for regular business reporting, including the preparation of weekly / monthly performance reviews. Key tasks include preparation of the presentation deck, including commentary and analysis.
• Business Partnering: be a thought partner to our stakeholders on various key initiatives and projects.
• Working with various Product/Function FBPs to support Business Unit level analytics requirements.
• Develop and maintain any new ODS level reports that might be required by management and ad hoc analytics as required to support management decision making.
• Providing finance leadership with insights to company and product performance/trends based on financial/business data and on-the-ground interactions with key product stakeholders.
• Competitor review and analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Supporting the regular forecasting and projection process that the FP&A team runs.
• Support the annual budgeting process including any ad-hoc / quarterly revisions. Including but not limited to template preparation, briefing sessions, ensuring timelines are met and submission into the budget system.

What Will You Need

• Degree-level qualification in Accounting/ Business / Quantitative fields of study.
• 6-8 years experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A role for 4-5 years. Proficient in financial modeling, to be able to take a business requirement and build a financial model around it. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority, both written and verbal.
• Able to translate business requirements into financial view and vice versa.
• Think critically and in a structured manner.
• Basic knowledge of data modeling, experience with Google BigQuery is a big plus.

About The Team

Being part of the ODS FP&A consolidation team, you will be responsible for regular business reporting, including the preparation of weekly / monthly performance reviews. The team is task orientated, with the focus on ensuring things get done and problems get solved. There will also be opportunities to work with various teams and learn from the organization.
