FOX Hotel Pekanbaru is currently looking for a passionate Front Office Manager.

Job Description
  • Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly management reports are up to date and are completed in accordance with the corporate and brand requirements and procedures.
  • Design the budget, analyze and monitor regularly the results for Front Office department and take appropriate actions and decisions.
  • Regularly check customer comments, handling guest complaints/requests concerning services from all areas of operation and any final decision should be referred and confirmed by the respective Department Heads of the department concerned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4 star hotel
