Job summary

100x100 is seeking an experienced founder to join as Founder-in-Residence for 6 months in SEA, with the goal of co-founding and leading a startup. You will work with a dedicated venture-building team to identify problems, validate market opportunities, and build early traction toward funding.

The program offers up to 70% equity ownership, seed capital up to USD 500K, and a SGD 5K/month stipend plus travel and team budgets. This is a full-time, location-based opportunity in Southeast Asia.

• Experienced founder/operator with prior growth or leadership experience in tech, manufacturing, energy, or logistics.
• Field-tested: spent time with customers and teams in real operations to turn problems into scalable solutions.

The Process

You’ll join us as a Founder-in-Residence for 6 months to build from zero alongside your dedicated venture-building team.

We start with the problem, not the product.

We don’t work with founders who already have a solution in hand — we’re looking for those open to exploring new problem spaces, testing hypotheses, and building what the market truly needs.

Together, we’ll:

• Identify a massive climate problem worth solving

• You’ll then co-found and lead your own startup— with our continued support.

• Field-tested: You’ve spent time on the ground—talking to customers, managing teams in factories, farms, or logistics hubs—and understand how to turn real-world problems into scalable solutions.
