Job summary

RGE is seeking a warehouse associate in Indonesia to support receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. You will document stock movements and respond to inventory inquiries in a data system. You will also perform routine clerical tasks and operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role is on-site and part of a dynamic logistics team, offering hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods.
• Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
• Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records.
• Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules).
• Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization’s established procedures. These activities may include answering telephones; updating stock cards and inventory records; and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
