Job summary

PT JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA (WONOAYU) is seeking a warehouse operator to accurately pick products, load shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced facility in Indonesia.

You will operate forklifts and related equipment, conduct pre-loading checks, work with a strong team, and uphold safety standards to ensure timely, safe delivery of goods and reliable warehouse operations. Attention to detail and stamina are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse operations, picking or loading.
• Valid forklift operator license (SIO) preferred.
• Strong physical stamina with ability to lift heavy loads.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Locate and accurately pick products from warehouse storage areas according to loading sheets and picking orders.
• Safely load and secure goods onto transport vehicles with proper weight distribution.
• Conduct pre-loading inspections to ensure packaging integrity and correct quantity.
• Operate forklift, hand jacks, and pallet wrappers safely.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment per safety standards.
• Update inventory logs and report discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor.
