Job summary

PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral, a subsidiary of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk, is seeking an experienced Forestry Superintendent in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will manage mining permits, conduct forestry licensing management, and ensure compliance. Applicants must possess a degree in Forestry or Mining Engineering and at least six years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in related position.
• Certified GANIS & POP required.

Responsibilities

• Manage mining permits.
• Conduct Forestry Licensing Management.
• Supervise forest clearing activities according to regulations.
• Keep updated with mining and forestry regulations.

Skills

Knowledge of Mining & Forestry laws and regulation

Proficient in Ms Office

Ability to use Arcgis Mapping program

Ability to operate GPS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or Mining Engineering

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Forestry or Mining Engineering Major.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in related position.
• Excellent knowledge of Mining & Forestry laws and regulation.
• Certified GANIS & POP.
• Able to use Arcgis Mapping program, Global Mapper & operate GPS.
• Proficient in Ms Office.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

• Manage mining permits..
• Conducting Forestry Licensing Management..
• Supervise the Forest clearing activity in accordance with the regulations.
• Conduct Forestry Report in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Keep update of mining and forestry activities regulations.
• Maintain good relation with local government.
