Job summary

PT Panarub Industry is seeking a Footwear Material Specialist (Product Development) to join our Tangerang team. You will analyze material usage per season and provide timely details on materials, lead times and forecasts for internal departments.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in footwear material development or related fields, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in English and MS Office. Willingness to be placed at Tangerang, Banten is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems, textile, or related field required.
• 2–3 years' experience in footwear material development, manufacturing, or purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of footwear materials and development processes.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; proficient with MS Office.

• Collect and analyze information on material usage per season.
• Provide accurate information on material details, lead times, and forecasts to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams throughout the material development process.

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information System, Textile or related field

Experience in footwear material development, footwear manufacturing, or purchasning minimum 2-3 years

Having good knowledge of footwear material & footwear development process

Having strong analytical, detail oriented and problem-solving skills

Proficient in English (both written and verbal) and microsoft office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

Willing to be placed at Tangerang, Banten

Collect and analyze information regarding material usage for every season

Provide accurate and updated information regarding material details, material lead time, material demand forecasts, and shoe lead time to relevant departments

Coordinate and follow up with suppliers and relevant internal departments throughout the material development process
