A leading specialized food distribution company in Asia seeks a Technical Sales Executive to drive sales strategies across the Medan region. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience in sales within the Food Ingredients or Chemical industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop personally and professionally while contributing to a dynamic team.
To plan and implement effective sales strategies with the ultimate objective of achieving sales targets for the assigned area of coverage (Medan).
To build strong rapport, deliver excellent sales services, and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
To gather market intelligence through industry and market research, consumer trend analysis, new technology and technical developments, competitor trends, industry pricing trends, product applications, customer buying cycles, and service requirements that may affect the targeted market.
To discuss and brainstorm sales strategies with immediate superior prior to implementation.
To prepare periodic sales reports for review with immediate superior.
To participate in the company’s marketing campaigns such as sales presentations, workshops, trade shows, or exhibitions to promote and introduce the company’s products and services.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management or superiors from time to time.
