Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations within the property, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing the restaurant(s), bar, room service, banquets/events, and any other F&B outlets, while maintaining quality standards, staff performance, and cost control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the Food & Beverage department, preferably in a luxury.
- Experience in managing multiple outlets (restaurant, bar, banquet, in-room dining, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Ability to implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Strong attention to detail and service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Experience using hospitality software systems (e.g., MICROS, Opera, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
