The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all Food & Beverage outlets, conference, and banqueting operations as successful profit centers, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational consistency aligned with Hilton standards. This involves planning, controlling, organizing, and marketing strategies.

What will I be doing?

As the Food & Beverage Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing each outlet and event according to service standards and profit margins.
  • Leading management teams (Restaurant Manager / Head Chef) accountable for profitability and service quality.
  • Formulating annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and marketing plans.
  • Monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and adhering to budgets.
  • Ensuring operational standards and SOPs are maintained and updated.
  • Handling guest complaints and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Coordinating marketing activities and promotions.
  • Conducting departmental meetings and ensuring team training and development.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards, including Fire, Hygiene, and Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
  • Building and leading an efficient team, ensuring professional service and staff development.
  • Managing inventory and adhering to security and emergency policies.
What are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5-8 years experience as Head of Food & Beverage in a 4/5-star hotel or high-standard restaurant.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost control, and team management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations.
