The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, conference, and banqueting operations as successful profit centers, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence in line with Hilton standards. This involves planning, controlling, organizing, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outlets and banquets to meet service standards and profit margins.
  • Lead management teams for each outlet, ensuring accountability for profitability and service quality.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and revenue initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and monitor costs to control expenses.
  • Ensure operational standards, SOPs, and safety policies are adhered to.
  • Handle guest complaints and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Train and develop outlet managers and team members.
  • Implement marketing activities and promotions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and ensure team compliance with policies and safety standards.
  • Participate in building a cohesive team environment focused on welfare, safety, and development.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-8 years of leadership experience in high-standard hotels or restaurants.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication and leadership skills.
