The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all Food & Beverage outlets, Conference, and Banqueting operations as profit centers, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence aligned with Hilton standards. This involves strategic planning, controlling, organizing, and marketing.

What will I be doing?

As the Food & Beverage Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing outlets and events to meet service standards and profit margins.
  2. Leading management teams (Restaurant Manager / Head Chef) for accountability.
  3. Formulating annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and marketing plans.
  4. Monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and adhering to budgets.
  5. Ensuring efficient operations according to concept statements and SOPs.
  6. Handling guest complaints and maintaining customer relationships.
  7. Developing marketing activities and promotions.
  8. Conducting staff training, development, and performance reviews.
  9. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and fire policies.
  10. Maintaining inventory and security protocols.
