Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive F&B Attendant for the airport lounge at Balikpapan. You will prepare service areas, present food and beverages to standard, ensure stock and equipment availability, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment for guests.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma (D1) in hotel or F&B-related fields, good English, and a strong service mindset. Fresh graduates with hospitality internships are welcome to apply; shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 1 (D1) education, preferably in Hotel Management, Food Service, Food & Beverage Service, Tourism, or related fields.
• Experience as F&B Attendant, Waiter/Waitress, Banquet Staff, Restaurant Crew, or similar positions is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of basic food and beverage service, table set-up, buffet service, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Able to communicate in English; proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
