PT Boga Kreasi Indah (BKI) are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations.
As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to highest standards.
Maintaining positive customer relationship, identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial reports to maximize profitability.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and licensing requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick, effective decisions.
Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Willingness to travel for business purposes across all operational regions of the company’s restaurants.
