Job Description
  • Coordinate and assist in opening/closing duties, ensuring all settings meet standards and procedures before operation begins.
  • Support management in supervising junior team members and casual staff, ensuring all outlet tasks are completed on time and to standards.
  • Manage reservations and cancellations, reconfirm through calls or emails daily.
  • Take food and beverage orders based on guest preferences.
  • Deliver food and beverage services according to departmental standards.
  • Serve all food and beverages according to service standards.
  • Upsell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize sales; cross-sell to other outlets when full.
  • Remember guest names and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Collect and verify food and beverage supply requisitions.
  • Assist other outlets during peak times as needed.
Additional Information

Experience is an asset.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
