About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT Kuliner Jalan Langit as an FnB Head Sales. In this full-time position based in Bogor, West Java, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales operations and customer service excellence of our food and beverage offerings.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and supervise a team of sales and service personnel to deliver exceptional customer experiences
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
3. Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise sales activities
4. Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control to meet customer demands
5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement
6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service best practices in the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure to deliver results
• Passion for the hospitality industry (Catering & Venue) and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
