Job summary

Paper is seeking a skilled Flutter mobile developer to build and ship features across two production apps. You’ll own features from design handoff through release, monitor performance, and resolve issues in production.

You will work with Product, UI/UX and backend engineers to deliver robust payment and invoicing experiences for Indonesian businesses, with emphasis on reliability on variable networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production mobile apps with Flutter.
• Strong Dart and BLoC, Riverpod/Provider experience acceptable if deep on BLoC.
• Experience releasing to App Store and Play Store with releases and staged rollouts.
• REST integrations, retries, timeouts, and idempotency on flaky connections.
• Automated tests for widgets and blocs.
• Ownership: deliver features to completion and resolve crashes.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across two apps from design handoff to release.
• Own features in production, monitor with Crashlytics, Analytics, and Performance.
• Ensure payment flows work across unreliable networks with retries and idempotency.
• Extend shared design system and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX and backend engineers on what and how to build.
