About the role

As a Floor Supervisor at SKYE Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant and bar floor. This is a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the venue. The position is based in our Central Jakarta location and is a full-time role.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and direct the front-of-house team.
• Ensure all customer service and hospitality standards are met, monitoring and providing feedback to staff
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with coordinating shift schedules and managing staff breaks
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for bar and restaurant supplies as needed
• Support the management team with daily administrative tasks and reporting
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment for both staff and customers
