Job description

The Leader takes the guest’s orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks, and accepts payments for processing.

The Leader is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require.

Knowledge of the restaurant, its products, and promotions is crucial for the Leader as they are the main contact with the guest.

The Leader may also have additional responsibilities such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments, and guest supplies.

He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area, as well as performing any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Age maximum 27 years old.
2. Hospitality or F&B background.
3. Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
4. Minimum 1 year work experience as a Waiter/Server in a lifestyle concept restaurant.
5. Willing to be placed in the Semarang area.
