Job summary

Smart Flying School is seeking experienced Flight Instructors who are passionate about aviation and committed to safety, discipline, and continuous improvement. You will teach and mentor students to develop safe, skilled, and professional pilots for the future in a professional training environment.

Applicants should hold a CFI rating, GIC, ICAO English Proficiency Level 4+, First Class Medical Certificate, and have at least 1,000 hours PIC.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Rating
• Ground Instructor Certificate (GIC)
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• First Class Medical Certificate (Medex)*
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC (Instruction)
• Non-smoker

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Multi-Engine Land Rating
• Previous experience in a Part 141 Flight Training Organization
• Strong communication and mentoring skills

Medical Certificate

Applicants are required to submit a First Class Medical Certificate (Medex) with their application. An expired Medical Certificate may still be considered, provided all other qualifications are met.
