Job summary

PT Jeje Harapan Transindo is seeking an operations-oriented fleet monitoring professional in Bekasi. You will oversee shipment tracking, respond to field issues, and enforce route, schedule, and safety compliance across the fleet.

The role requires 1+ year in trucking operations or fleet monitoring, with proficiency in GPS, navigation systems, and TMS. Shift work will be required for 24-hour coverage.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating navigation systems, GPS fleet tracking and TMS.
• Strong analytical thinking and quick problem solving.
• Willing to work in a 24-hour shift system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment movement from origin to destination for timeliness.
• Detect, respond to, and communicate operational constraints and field issues.
• Ensure fleet conforms to routes, schedules and safety standards.
• Oversee idle vehicle units and parking locations; ensure safe recording.
• Ensure drivers rest time is observed to prevent fatigue.
