Job summary

Thamrin Group is looking for a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of cars, ensuring safety and optimal performance. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing engine, brake, transmission, and electrical work, and keeping accurate maintenance logs.

You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, applying diagnostic tools and safety standards to deliver high-quality service and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification in automotive repair is a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in car maintenance and repair.
• Possess strong knowledge of gasoline engines, brake systems, transmissions, and vehicle electrical systems.
• Have experience with diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to safety and quality, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cars, including engine work, brake systems, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment and recommend the best course of action.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the team to schedule maintenance and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
