Flavor Laboratory Compounder

You will be working in our lab located in BSD area, very close to AEON BSD. As Lab Compounder, you will report directly to our R&D Manager. Your responsibilities are:

1. Perform specialized and accurate compounding of samples for submission to customers within a set time frame.
2. Ensure compound samples meet QA Department test and requirement.
3. Support Perfumer in Fragrance Division or Flavorist in Flavor Division.
4. Prepare Application for clients’ presentations.
5. Managing Catalogue and Library of Creation database.
6. Operate, maintain, calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas.
7. Ensure raw materials are stored at correct temperature to ensure quality and safety.
8. Prepare raw materials and samples for sensory testing, taste testing & evaluation by Perfumer or Flavorist.
9. Perform standard laboratory tests according to prescribed procedures and recording of test results.

The Qualifications for this position are:

• Minimum Diploma graduate from Food Technology or related majors.
• At least one year of working experience, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Detail Oriented and Meticulous.
• Good Communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work with care at all times.
