Job description

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil)/Architecture or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in shopping mall.
3. Required skill(s): Sketchup and AUTO CAD.
4. Able to understand workshop drawing and material finishes.
5. Willing to work hard and in a team.

8. Strong personality, discipline, and hardworking nature.
9. Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas).
10. Willing to commute/mutate/rotate to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group.

Job Description:

1. Review and monitor fit out process for tenant unit and island counter, starting from drawing submission, fit out consultation ensuring design and implementation are according to mall's fit out guide and standard, day-to-day monitoring on site.
2. Advise, assist, and ensure work progress complies with the standard as well as supervise contractor safety programs.
3. Ensure all quality control procedures are executed for company project at work site in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Plan the handover with tenant and perform snag check prior to handover to tenants.
5. Develop and maintain applicable Fit Out policies and procedures and liaise with contractor/vendor regarding fitting out.
6. Organize acceptance of the equipment and machinery needed for company project.
7. Provide planning fit out activities and cost estimation of maintenance, repair, and propose the development of building facilities.
8. Conduct incident/accident investigations and report recommended actions to management.
9. Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to ensure smooth fit out program implementation.
