Job Requirements

1. Gender: Male/Female
2. Maximum age: 35 years old
3. Educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome)
4. Proficiency in computer applications: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW, 3D modeling/rendering, Adobe software
5. Understanding of technical drawings, interior design, building concepts, and ability to do cost estimation (Bill of Quantities)
6. Ability to interpret drawings, details, material finishes, and construction material requirements
7. Good communication skills for coordination with relevant departments regarding tenant administration requirements before and after unit operation
8. Understanding of duties and responsibilities related to fit-out tenant space or unit space
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints
10. Willing to be placed in Semarang, Jawa Tengah
