Asri, Jakarta-based, is seeking an Architect/Interior Designer to join our property development team. The role focuses on fit-out projects for tenant spaces, requiring strong design skills and knowledge of SOPs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver concepts through construction, and be placed at District 8 (SCBD).

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent and have at least two years of relevant experience; fluent English required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Architecture/Interior Design, in real estate.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization.
• Experience with fit-out tenant spaces.
• Knowledge of Fit Out SOP.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform fit-out design for tenant spaces.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure SOP compliance.
• Support project implementation at District 8 (SCBD).

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent and specialization in Architecture/Interior Design.
• Min. 2 Years of working experience in the same fields especially in Property Business/ Real Estate.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D/4D visualization.
• Understand the duties and responsibilities in the field of fit out tenant space.
• Have a good knowledge about Fit Out SOP
• Fluent in English and others languages is a plus.
• Have Good Problem Solving & Handling complaint.
• Willing to be placed at District 8 (SCBD).
