Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik und im Transport.
• Fähigkeit zur Überwachung und Schulung von Fahrern.

Job description

About The Role

Coordinate the first and last mile daily delivery activities, including assigning delivery schedules and routes.

Ensure all goods are delivered to the correct location on time and in good condition.

Supervise the loading and dispatching of vehicles to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Manage and supervise delivery drivers, including performance monitoring and training.

Conduct daily briefings to communicate priorities, delivery targets, and any special instructions.

Resolve driver related issues, such as route difficulties or vehicle breakdowns.

Work closely with hub teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Collaborate with customer service teams to provide accurate delivery updates to customers.

Communicate and coordinate with third-party logistics partners.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation and last-mile delivery operations.

Proficient in using tracking systems (WMS/TMS).

Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Excellent communication skills for managing drivers and handling customer concerns.

Solid understanding of logistics and transportation models.

Familiarity with safety regulations and traffic laws.
