Job summary

POSe in Tangerang, Indonesia is seeking an experienced QA Engineer/SDET to design test scenarios, execute manual testing, and collaborate with the PO during UAT. You will validate AI-generated tests and ensure coverage for digital payments workflows.

You will maintain regression suites, document defects with reproducible steps, and use Postman, Git, and automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Adapt to fast-paced scope changes while delivering quality.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience as QA Engineer/QA Analyst/SDET in fintech/payments.
• Solid understanding of PPOB, POS, and merchant management; familiar with transaction flows and API integrations.
• Proficient in manual and automated testing; capable of designing test cases and conducting UAT.
• Comfortable working with AI-generated test cases and refining output.
• Experience with API testing tools and version control; familiarity with markdown documentation workflow.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environments with frequent scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Receive Impact Analysis Document; design test scenarios covering happy path, edge, negative, and integration points.
• Execute manual testing for critical transactional flows where automated validation is insufficient.
• Leverage AI-generated test cases as baseline; validate coverage and refine with domain specifics.
• Collaborate with PO during UAT; provide technical support and reproduce bugs with clear evidence.
• Document defects with reproduction steps, expected vs actual, severity, and logs.
• Maintain and expand regression suite; automate repetitive tests and improve efficiency.
