Summary:
- The AVP of Fintech Vertical & Growth Marketing is responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and revenue optimization for fintech products such as loans (including telco loans), savings, and insurance. The role manages campaign traffics from internal media (owned media), lifecycle marketing, segmentation, hyper-personalization, and customer engagement strategies to maximize ARPU, CLTV, and revenue. As the business owner of the martech communications stack, they will implement and optimize marketing technology solutions to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- The candidate should have knowledge and expertise in the channels they manage to deliver optimal results based on the objectives.
- The AVP must be highly proficient in communication and stakeholder management to remove blockers for campaigns. They will execute campaign/journey implementation and develop customer lifecycle programs and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Lifecycle Management (CVM):
- Develop and execute end-to-end fintech customer engagement strategies (acquisition, activation, retention, churn prevention) in collaboration with Media Ops.
- Deploy real-time engagement strategies across multiple digital touchpoints (SMS, WhatsApp, STK Push, App, Web).
- Optimize loan graduation strategies to transition customers to higher-tier financial products.
- Lead upsell and cross-sell campaigns within the telco ecosystem to boost revenue.
- Identify high-value customer segments and drive personalized offers.
- Campaign Performance and Data Analytics:
- Develop segmentation models based on Telco behavior, credit scores, etc., to refine marketing efforts.
- Support personalization strategies with real-time predictive analytics.
- Track and analyze metrics such as Reach, CTR, CVR, ARPU, churn rate, and LTV to measure effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and data experiments to improve engagement.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for campaign performance monitoring.
- Refine conversion funnel metrics to enhance campaign success.
- Marketing Automation & AI Personalization:
- Leverage AI & Machine Learning to improve segmentation.
- Build automated dashboards (Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for KPIs.
- Oversee AI-powered automation workflows across various channels.
- Optimize automation processes for efficiency and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with VP Marketing, Data & Product teams to align martech strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy laws.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for fintech growth.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years in CVM, Martech, AI-driven campaigns, fintech, startup, or digital banking.
- Expertise in Martech, segmentation, data-driven marketing, lifecycle management, and automation.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven segmentation & automation tools (CDP, CRM, CMP, ML models).
- Proficiency with campaign automation & analytics platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics).
- Experience in A/B testing, personalization, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset & stakeholder management skills.
