Job summary

Xendit Inc. is seeking a Financial Operations Associate to join our FinOps team. You will own reconciliations across Xendit’s products in the region, ensuring funds move correctly and there are no unexplained losses.

You will work with product, partnerships and finance to automate processes and close gaps, while learning the business and contributing to scalability as the company expands into new markets.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Management, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• 1–3 years of relevant startup/fintech experience.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Experience with reconciliation or finance workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own reconciliation processes for Xendit products across the region.
• Automate reconciliations with product teams to close gaps in the process.
• Coordinate with product, partnerships and finance to resolve root causes of unreconciled items.
• Learn the business from ground up and contribute to future strategy.
