Job summary

The Carat Corner is a modern fine and lab-grown diamond jewelry brand that seeks a Sales Promotion Person to join our mall booth team in Jakarta. You will greet walk-in customers, provide jewelry consultations, and help buyers select products that fit their needs.

You should have at least 1 year in SPG/Retail, strong product knowledge, and confident communication. Shift work, weekends, and public holidays are required; experience with smartphone/tablet POS and EDC is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3 or equivalent.
Very good product knowledge.
Friendly, polite and persuasive communication skills.
Experience in SPG/Retail preferred in jewelry or premium fashion.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays; high-value item handling.

Responsibilities

Greet mall visitors, provide jewelry consultations, and assist customers in selecting appropriate products
Demonstrate deep product knowledge to educate customers about jewelry materials, designs, and pricing
Conduct regular follow-up with customers to build relationships and increase sales potential
Operate and maintain the island booth in the mall according to assigned shift schedules
Ensure cleanliness and neatness of store displays and maintain security of displayed and stored jewelry
Process customer payments carefully using POS systems and EDC machines (Debit/Credit)
Record daily stock and sales and coordinate with Senior Sales / Supervisor
