A leading company in heavy industry is seeking a Control Manager to conduct credit assessments, provide financing recommendations, and ensure compliance with risk management policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
Conduct credit assessments for potential customers based on financial statements, business profiles, payment history, and external risk factors.
Provide financing recommendations aligned with the customer’s risk profile.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and dealers to understand the customer’s financing needs.

Assist customers in obtaining financing through leasing companies, banks, or financial institutions.
Maintain and develop good relationships with third-party financing partners.
Prepare the required documentation, projections, and supporting information for external credit approval processes.
Ensure that all financing decisions comply with internal risk management policies and procedures.
Monitor and review active financing portfolios to detect potential credit risks.
Provide recommendations for mitigation in case of identified risk exposure.
Generate regular reports related to financing analysis, credit risk evaluation, and financing status updates.
Ensure all legal and administrative documents related to financing are accurately recorded and archived.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Management from top 20 university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financing, leasing, credit analysis, or risk control (experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industry is a plus).
Strong understanding of credit analysis and financing risk management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
Proficient in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
