Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to meet sales targets.

- Recruit, train, and develop new agents.

- Monitor team performance and implement effective sales strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Foster strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above in related field.

- Having a personal vehicle.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Team Leader/Manager (in life insurance or Banking would be preferable)

- Proven track record in sales and team management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with strategic thinking.
