Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a contract, remote, worldwide project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data using your accounting judgment and expertise.

Required experience in AI training or human-data work; evaluate journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close while providing actionable feedback to improve model accuracy.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge across financial reporting and systems.
• Experience with ERP and financial platforms is essential.
• Strong journal entries and month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and close workpapers.
• Identify misstatements and provide corrections with rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate AI responses and create training scenarios.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
