Hire Feed’s client is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance) in Indonesia for a full-time role focused on applying finance expertise across corporate finance, investment analysis, FP&A, accounting, and related areas to enhance AI model performance.

The position involves evaluating model outputs, developing rubrics for deal analysis and M&A assessments, and collaborating with AI researchers and finance experts to improve training methods and evaluation strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with on-job training or relevant certifications considered equivalent.
