Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to optimize user acquisition and minimize customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including BI, research, product, marketing, and business to formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for various DANA products and business portfolios.
  • Provide comprehensive data analysis and insights to support product growth and performance improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication, manage expectations, and negotiate with stakeholders to drive product growth initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and achieve growth targets.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product growth role, preferably within the financial industry and digital businesses.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities, with excellent organizational and analytical skills to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make informed recommendations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with the ability to develop multiple solutions and break down complex issues.
