What you will do, but not limited to:

  1. Oversee monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to parent company including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  3. Ensure compliance with IFRS, Indonesian GAAP, and local financial regulations.
  4. Prepare and consolidate financial statements for INDICO and its subsidiaries in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  5. Experience and capable preparing notes of financial statements (Disclosure).
  6. Conduct detailed financial analysis, ensuring accuracy and providing insights on variances.
  7. Review financial reporting processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Manage intercompany transactions and ensure consistency in accounting policies across all entities.
  9. Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts and transactions; implement and maintain processes for intercompany eliminations, and coordinate with various Telkom Group's entities to resolve intercompany disputes.
  10. Work with financial reporting systems (SAP or similar ERP) to enhance reporting capabilities.
  11. Support external audit processes by working closely with auditors and ensuring all requirements are met.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, tax, and finance divisions.
Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years in financial reporting and consolidation, preferably in a corporate group or public accounting firm.
  3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, including IFRS and Indonesian GAAP.
  4. Experience with financial consolidation systems and reporting tools in big company (preferably).
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong presentation abilities.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage projects.
  9. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
